Are your bars suitable for vegetarians/vegans?

Almost all of them. The almond & date bar, oats & honey bar (contains honey so technically not vegan), cocoa bar and granola bar are all vegetarian. The cocoa bar and granola bar are vegan.

Do you use artificial sweeteners?

No. Sweetness comes from dates, honey, raisins or a small amount of natural fruit sugar.

How long do bars keep?

Six months from manufacture in a cool, dry place. Best within three months for texture.

Can I add to an existing subscription order?

Yes — log into your account, add the items, and they'll be bundled in your next shipment without an extra delivery fee.
