What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email, and order details. That's it — we don't collect data we don't need.

What we use it for

Fulfilling your order, sending the occasional newsletter (only if you opt in), and meeting tax and accounting requirements.

Who we share it with

Royal Mail for shipping. Our accountant. HMRC if legally required. Nobody else.

How long we keep it

Order records: 7 years (HMRC requirement). Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. Cart data: 30 days then deleted.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct anything, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements). Email us to do any of these.
